The registration process has changed this season and as such there are some thing you need to be aware of prior to moving forward.

When you click on the register button you are creating an account that will be the guardian account for participants.  Once you have established a guardian account you  will be able to add participants.  

For example John Doe registers an account for himself and then adds Johnny and Billy Doe as participants under his account.

Some things to be aware of.

1).  Do not register your player for the guardian account.

2).  Enter ALL information accurately on the participant registration, the date of birth will determine the divisions available for the participant.

3).  Choose your division wisely, players have the option of playing up a division when they are in the final year of division
 eligibility.  Example a 12 year old can play up into the Pony division.  The choice to play up should only be used by experienced/advanced players who will truely benifit from the challenge.

4).  Multiple player discount will be calculated during the checkout process and work as follows ( there is no limit ) 
  1st player no discount
  2nd player $20 discount
  Additional players $10 per player.

5).  Scholarships - in order to apply for a scholarship you must fill out the financial aid form and return it to South Sound  Baseball by emailing the form to [email protected] for review.  This MUST be done prior to player registration.  If your application is approved you will be issued a coupon code.  Do not hand out this coupon code to ANYONE.  Abuse of this process could result in refund and expulsion from the program.

6).  Coaches registration is now integrated with participant registration.  When you reach the Volunteer step you must fill out the required coach form as well as the usual paperwork, be sure to pay attention.
