NOTICE: NO NEW REQUEST RESCHEDULES AFTER THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.  Our End of season tournaments will begin the week after.  Saturdays will be your best option for rescheduling.  Use the calendar to identify open fields and dates.

In order to reschedule a game coaches must work together to identify three ( 3 ) make up dates 
with field availability aka no games are scheduled on the date and at the desired time.  

You must coordinate with the opposing coach to ensure the reschedule will work for both teams. 

Reschedules need to have a minimum of five (5) days lead time to coordinate with umpires and the city.

Once you have identified three date and locations send the information in the format below to 
[email protected] with a subject of Reschedule Request.  

 All information below must be provided including the subject.  

Failure to provide complete information will result in the request being ignored.

Use the calendar under the team directory to help you identify open dates.
